This is the saddest photo we have ever seen. But, not to worry, we know we can bring her back.
HISTORIC DISCOVERY WHEN REPAIRING LAST BIT OF ROT.
We chiselled out this last area is old rot and found bark inclusion from the 1895 build. Builders then inserted a filler piece of American Elm, then fastened it with a treenail (trunnel). We kept the piece. Check out the 126 year-old American Elm.
STERN POST IRON/STEEL REPAIRS.

Not a good look. Then the boys discovered the basic components were all bronze
Superyacht builders Royal Huismann and Feadship have sterile hi-tech varnish shops. We can achieve the same quality in our rubber plantation.
Bilges are looking better.
