This document is the second part to Cariad Report #7.
We are powering ahead with the spars and have discovered a discrepancy which we hope Paul Spooner can clear up for us. Please see included two electronic drawings and one hand drawing. The electronic drawings were drawn by our previous naval architect Luigi Garguilo.
For reasons unknown we note a discrepancy of 860mm in the height of the spreaders.
Also a 300mm height discrepancy in the overall length of the mast.
We would be grateful if Paul could advise us as to the correct height for the spreader fitting. The overall mast height is easy. We can always cut some off the bottom.
The second part of this report contains our 2007 3D drawings by Luigi of the mizzen mast fittings for your review.
